Day 5: 500 cal

nothing useful

- 10 big strawberries (64 cal)
- 1 big apple (85 cal)
- a can of diet coke (0.7 cal)
- roasted broccoli (99 cal)
- salad [frisé, piece of tomato, piece of plump, a bit of olive oil] (168 cal)
- 2 pieces of toblerone chocolate (84 cal)

total: 499 cal

Day 4: 400 cal

clan meeting means tonnes of food that every relative try to feed to you.
but i was stronger and hope that all this stuff takes less than 400 cal:

- 4 tablespoons of buckwheat with carrots and mushrooms
- some green beans
- some salad (frisé salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms) with balsamic vinegar
- a half of carrot cake
- a glass of brut champagne
- an open sandwich with salmon caviar

oh, please, let it be around 400 cal, please

Day 3: 300 cal

an awful day, i'm feeling sick from morning

- some carrot in asian style (70 cal)
- a big apple (87 cal)
- a tablespoon of roasted potatoes with a teaspoon of ketchup (70 cal)
- a small handful of blackberries (27 cal)
- one raw medium-sized carrot (10  cal)
total: 262 cal


when it's get a little better i'll eat miso soup (31 cal):)

Day 2: ≤500 cal

still no photos. what a shame!

- some boiled cauliflowers, broccoli and carrots (72 cal)
- a big apple (70 cal)
- three bid mugs of black tea with frozen cherries and raspberries (91 cal)
- a toast with caviar (185 cal)
total: about 418 cal

finally, Lent is starting tomorrow. at least nobody will try to feed me with steaks and bacon sandwiches :)

Day 1: ≤500 cal

while Mike (my camera) is borrowed, i'll just write a list of the food i've eaten.

so, today is was:
- vegetable McDonald's salad (60 cal) + quarter of "vinegar & oil" dressing (about 18.4 cal)
- 300 ml of black coffee (6 cal)
- 350 ml of diet coke (0.7 cal)
- salad which was made of smoked turkey, a half of tomato, a quarter of avocado, romano salad and balsamic vinegar (150.2 cal)
- black tea (0 cal) brewed with 10 frozen cherries (21 cal) and a handful of frozen raspberries (9.3 cal)
- small turkey sandwich [smoked turkey, romano salad, ketchup, honey mustard, yeast-free bread] (130.3 cal)
- some honey muesli (64 cal) with 1,5% milk (28 cal)
total: about 488 cal.

beginning

so, tomorrow i'll go on the ABC diet. can't wait.
heigh 5' 9,5''
and, actually i don't know my current weight. last time it was about 132 lbs, but since then i tried to gain a bit and don't know the results.

gonna have a mustard fat-burning bath.
