Day 1: ≤500 cal

while Mike (my camera) is borrowed, i'll just write a list of the food i've eaten.

so, today is was:
- vegetable McDonald's salad (60 cal) + quarter of "vinegar & oil" dressing (about 18.4 cal)
- 300 ml of black coffee (6 cal)
- 350 ml of diet coke (0.7 cal)
- salad which was made of smoked turkey, a half of tomato, a quarter of avocado, romano salad and balsamic vinegar (150.2 cal)
- black tea (0 cal) brewed with 10 frozen cherries (21 cal) and a handful of frozen raspberries (9.3 cal)
- small turkey sandwich [smoked turkey, romano salad, ketchup, honey mustard, yeast-free bread] (130.3 cal)
- some honey muesli (64 cal) with 1,5% milk (28 cal)
total: about 488 cal.
