Day 3: 300 cal

an awful day, i'm feeling sick from morning

- some carrot in asian style (70 cal)
- a big apple (87 cal)
- a tablespoon of roasted potatoes with a teaspoon of ketchup (70 cal)
- a small handful of blackberries (27 cal)
- one raw medium-sized carrot (10  cal)
total: 262 cal


when it's get a little better i'll eat miso soup (31 cal):)

no pics, 'cause i'm in country-home and internet connection is made up with my cell
